Arlin Neser has been a friend and neighbor since 2005, and has provided me with legal services since 2008. He created a LLC for our Irvine family business in 2013, and most recently in 2016 prepared an Estate Plan with a Living Trust for my wife and me. For his reliable, effective and comprehensive business and personal legal services, we whole-heatedly endorse Arlin Neser.

I hired Mr. Neser and after I gave him a $3,000.00 retainer, I did not hear from him for several months. When I would call him, there was always an excuse why he did not get back to me. He talked to a few colleges about my case, that is all he has done after having the case over a 2 years. I asked for some of my retainer back and that was over 8 months ago, he has not given me a dime. He is suppose to send me a statement when he takes money out of the retainer. He never has. Very unprofessional lawyer. I do not recommend him.
