Emilie Judd is an excellent estate attorney, both competent and professional. OC Wills and Trusts provides a basic estate plan that follows an established format, but some modest deviation from that set of procedures can be had. The fees are competitive and fair.

We just had our trust updated with OC Wills and Trust, and it was a great experience throughout. I really appreciate how they function as a kind of support system for the trust with periodic webinars that trustees can attend to learn how fulfill their responsibilities, and thoughtful tools such as a comprehensive binder containing not only the trust documents but a variety of materials to help you manage the trust going forward.
