So professional and kind. my daughter had a car accident. they took over the entire thing.. answered every question my daughter had with patience and kindness. never felt for one minute that we were just a case to them never. we always felt we were treated kindly as a human being and with all the professionalism there is. every time we would send a text message inquiring about anything, we would receive a call back immediately giving us unlimited time on the phone call to ask and answer all our questions.
