Choosing them was a huge mistake. I strongly regret utilizing them. The medical doctors They contract with have no ethics. I attended oneappointment and that’s it. They didn’t do shit for Me. After working 45 days With them and not Having a clear Case plan Or having a clear direction. It was just Sloppy. Within that timeframe, I only had one medical appointment and my car was not even being looked at to get fixed. After mentioning multiple times My car wasn’t driving properly but yet they expected me to go drive around wherever this doctor wanted me to go. At the end of the day. I wasted my time my gas. I felt like emotionally they knew I was vulnerable and took advantage of my situation. After realizing that This wasn’t a good fit I terminated services. I feel like they weren’t advocating for me. When I terminated services. They Email me a lien contract. I terminated services because I was not happy with customer service or the Way they were handling my case or the fact that they didn’t listen to me as a client. To the point where I was getting involved and I was utilizing other resources. I utilize their doctor once, But contacted my personal doctor three times and was seen at the emergency room seven times since my car accident.

On October 28, our son was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike. It was a catastrophic accident and injury! Finally got my case closed and they did a wonderful job always answering me questions in a timely manner. Im very pleased with my service with them and would highly recommend using them. I had a bit of issue with high doctor costs, and they made the final settlement negotiations a bit difficult. If you get in an accident, I recommend calling this group asap and asking what doctors they have worked with first to see if you can get recommended good doctors that can help your negotiations go smoother. I loved their text service as well. I would text my case manager all my questions and she would respond in a timely manner. They are also really empathetic, which was helpful when the stress of not knowing was high.
