Would not recommend Gilbert Bradshaw at all. We had hired Bradshaw with the idea it could be a win win... but it ended up being a lose lose. First, the attorney is a deal breaker. He thinks one thing then places this as " what will occur" when it doesn't . The matter extends itself beyond what it should , drags out longer than it must and its endless. We would recommend to pay for A BETTER attorney than a Cheap one. The fees are reasonable but the price you pay in the end is not worth it. Do not recommend.

We have been working with Gilbert on a startup for two years now. Gilbert has been patient, and knowledgeable in guiding us forward. He has generously introduced us to his Network, which has furthered our goals. Gilbert is someone we are fortunate to have on our team, he has assisted us tremendously in achieving our goals and we would never go anywhere else.

That alone has been worth 3 years of my monthly fees. I would comfortably recommend Gilbert to anyone considering a start-up or other legal matters.

Unlike many lawyers, Mr. Bradshaw has a deep understanding of not only law, but the effect legal choices can have on small and medium sized business, so the council he gives has the perfect balance to help you make the right decisions in the short and long term. He also genuinely cares about helping others, which to me is a rare trait I appreciated having.

Gil has helped us get started as we are working to grow our company. He is crazy smart and really undersatnds the whole financial/startup/law world.
