Mr. Kapesh Patel is an outstanding attorney, I was very excited and confident to have a childhood friend since 1988 to represent me. He helped settle a complicated dissolution of marriage when things were not looking good for me. I started my case with a different attorney who clearly could not handle my case properly, I was heading into my 3rd year of back and forth with negotiations. I knew it was time to bring in a professional, I reached out to Mr. Patel and subbed him in as my new attorney, after a few short months Mr. Patel reviewed my case, and was able to settle with the opposing counsel for a fair settlement. I hired The Law Offices of Kapesh V. Patel to represent me in my family law case. If you want an easy going attorney who will give it to you straight, Mr. Patel is you person. If we had it our way, the outcome would have been a smooth one. But when you have to play hard ball or push to get something done, let him know. I am very pleased with how everything was handled. Working with Mr. Patel has been such an experience; he was very patient understanding and willing to go above and beyond to help me during our time working together. I'm currently active duty and recently went through a divorce and that saw some pretty grueling times, being stationed in Texas and having kids in California, I felt isolated from my family affairs and unable to get a say in anything that had to do with my kids in addition to having my ex-wife trying to flee the state with them. I contacted Mr. Patel in January of 2021 and he promptly acted on my behalf and represented me in all legal matters, he made sure that my ex-wife wasn't able to leave the state with my daughters even after attempting to and did everything in his power to expedite an emergency hearing all with in the month of January. As the divorced continued up until its end in March of 2023, Mr. Patel kept me informed of all updates and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed during the case and through his efforts, we were successful in negotiating with my ex-wife, the ins and outs of the divorce enabling me to have more a 50/50 custody agreement.

First off, I would like to express my extreme gratitude to kapesh for his assistance in my case. This was my first (and last) time having to go through the legal system for a minor offense and Kapesh and his team handled my case in the utmost professional way. He assured me that it being my first offense and due to my clean record he would be able to defer the case and have it removed from my record.
