I couldn’t appreciate this man more. He treats your case with so much communication and FIGHTS for you. I’ve had two other attorneys for a second DUI case (Northern California so I couldn’t hire Rich), both of which were super passive and I couldn’t get a hold of when I needed questions answers. Both were also more expensive than Mr. Wagner! Rich was on my attorneys for not representing me efficiently after my attorney wouldn’t get back to us for my probation violation. Rich is ultra responsive from call, email and text and most importantly PROACTIVE in making sure you get things done ahead of time to present well in front of the judge.
