I got my first DUI with enhancements. It was not a straightforward case, so I was very nervous about the possible outcome. His office was very responsive and supportive. I was very nervous about my court date. When we met, I was immediately relieved. He was very kind and supportive and eased my nerves. He also secured me the best-case scenario for my case by getting additional charges dropped, with a very reasonable community service requirement.

Mr. Tucci is very kind while also being honest. He never tried to promise me something as no lawyer should as there are so many variables and each case is unique. I was very anxious about this whole process but Mr. Tucci took care of everything for me and when I needed to do something on my own, he told me exactly what I needed to do. Additionally, Barbara was very kind and quick to respond. The two of them made the entire process a lot easier to manage and I’m very grateful for them both. Thank you again for everything you did for me!

I like the fact that Mr Vincent Tucci is very fast with responding to his client. Unfortunately, some people are not good with responding quickly. He did respond to me quickly every time I had questions or concerns. Also he told me that as long as I listen to him, I would get the best result for my situation because each case is different. I liked that he told me so advance the same day that I called him for free consultation and signing up for him to be my lawyer, that exactly what steps I needed to take. For example: he told me to contact my insurance regarding the accident, he told me what DUI classes I need to take with the right person to take them, he told me the best place to take community service which is “Someone who cares soup and kitchen in Costa Mesa” and the MAAD course which was only 2 hours. And I did go through all that right away. Why not!? He advices me that even though I didn’t get charge for hit and run, the DA might still charge me which that happened! He helped to dismiss my case hit and run so I only got convicted for misdemeanor DUI and he even told me that after 3 years, he can help me to expunge it. Barbara is also very nice and professional the same as Mr Vincent Tucci. She is also very quick Witt responding her clients. Before getting a lawyer, some people told me that I don’t need a lawyer. But, it’s so much easier with a lawyer, quicker and not to forget about the peace of mind that comes with it. Thank you Mr Tucci and Ms Barbara 😊🙏

Vince is an unbelievable lawyer. He is top class without exception. He was able to get my son’s case, dismissed and removed from the record in just a few weeks. I am currently a USCG captain and was arrested for Boating under the influence on a dinghy (rubber raft). A conviction on my record could have ended my ten year career as a captain. Mr. Tucci was able to diverge my case to only having a few AA classes with nothing going on my record and having my case dropped. I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. Mr. Tucci and his team are very professional and friendly. Don’t make a mistake and get the wrong attorney. Mr. Vincent Tucci is the right guy!

If this guys tries to say he never met me it is total bull. If I could give 0 stars, that is what he deserves. Went to his office today for a “consultation”. We discussed my case a bit and then he went in to the fees, and how I was going to pay. I told him my circumstances, getting divorced, currently unemployed, and so on but that I could and would work something out. He was more than willing to work out a payment arrangement but wanted an upfront payment right there and then. I let him know that he was the first attorney that I was speaking to, and that I was not ready to make a decision at that moment as I have scheduled another consultation with another attorney today. He answered with “ You are wasting my time. You can’t afford me.” tearing up the paperwork and or notes he had taken. He had an absolutely disgusting demeanor. Telling me to get out of his office. How he spoke down to me, wow! This is the person he is. Using my circumstances to put me down saying that I can not afford him as if he were some big prize. Big… but prize? Definitely not. I personally would not recommend him to walk your dog, let alone represent you as your attorney. He has no patience, understanding or compassion. He did his best to belittle me and make me feel less than himself but he also made me mad and glad that he dis guarded me as trash because that kind of forces me to go with the other attorney who has much much more experience as he is a former Deputy DA. After such a stressful situation I found myself in, I was on the fence on getting representation but this was the best decision I could have made. I am so glad I turned towards Mr. Tucci to represent me. Him and and Barbara were on top of everything. Can't express enough how thorough they were. My situation was horrible but because of this firm there was light at the end of the tunnel and I will forever be greatful for them.
