Divorce can be, and often is, a traumatic experience. Early on in my divorce process, David recognized the kind of person I was dealing with, but I didn't want to see it. He counseled me to look out for myself more but I was hesitant to do so for many months. But sure enough, my Ex showed her true colors, in blindingly bright technicolor -- enough for me to finally stop being blind and see who I was really dealing with. Finally, I followed David's advice, and in the end that advice kept my Ex from completely taking me to the cleaners. Throughout the contentious divorce, David was always calm and collected. He studied the complexity of facts and ended up negotiating a settlement with my Ex's attorney, who was not as informed and astute. The strategy he came up with worked better than we expected. Things could have gone much worse for me. David steered me through a very difficult divorce against an extremely contentious litigant on the other side, and got me out in far better shape than I otherwise would have been in. If you're reading this, I sympathize with you. You need good counsel like David.

I wanted to write a review on Mr Goldberg as I believe he needs acknowledgment. I have consulted with him on few occasions and from my experience he gives above and beyond than what is expected. He gives in abundance and not only that he is of a rare integrity and quality. He has a amazing care for his clients and knowledge likewise. It is absolute pleasure doing business with him. The attorney is very knowledge and explains throughly. He is honestly the only attorney we have talked to that actually tries to help you understand the process. It is very hard trying to deal with a custody case and not knowing what’s steps make it a lot harder, we have been referred to him by a family friend and honestly I cannot thank both of them enough. He looks at every single detail on the case and every scenario. If you try to make your process easy please do yourself the favor and make your life easier.

David met with me yesterday on very short notice for a consultation regarding my divorce case. From the very first minute, he put me at ease. He listened to the details of my case and provided very helpful but realistic advice. He showed genuine involvement and care in my case. He spent way more care with me than the allotted 30 minute consultation but ended up waiving any additional fees. David showed he really wanted to help me rather than just collect a fee. This is the kind of lawyer you want on your side when going through something as traumatic as a divorce. Update 8/16/19: David helped me through a very long difficult divorce. The opposing party tried to keep my daughter from me and was unreasonable about everything. David helped me fight (and win) for what was most important, joint custody of my daughter. My favorite thing is David doesn't use a secretary to screen his calls. He answers the phone personally and was always there when I needed his help.

I visited some lawyers but David was completely different with the others. He spent 90 minuets for very honest and informative consultation and he waived his fee for one hour when he realized I have a limited budget. I got all information that I needed while the other lawyers that I had met before wanted to charge me dozen dollars. I appreciate him and recommend everyone to have a consultation with him.
