“does not have any consumer affairs,the staff is uptight and deputy district attorney's are more less uneducated on certain issues of law enforcement they have drop out sheriff's for investigators that were most likely to have assumed profligacy and will file criminal charges from assumptions which is not a legal facts for a case to be filed or charged with”
