Slow progress and lack of communication on ongoing cases
“About a year ago the friend contacted my wife to say that because it was taking so long that Jared Gross would be handing off the case to Lillie DeVille, the friends mother as she was a paralegal. I have contacted her several times and all I got from her was 'I will ask the Attorney' or 'I will forward this to the attorney'.”

Unresponsive and unsatisfactory handling of cases
“Since the beginning of this year we have had no contact with Jared Gross. The only contact has been with the friend and his mother. We have repeatedly asked for updates, status and all Ms. DeVille will say is I will contact the attorney. This is totally unacceptable.”
