Allan S. Lolly & Associates handled my fiance's U.S. Visa case as well as her Green Card application and approval, over an eighteen month period, in a climate of increasingly restrictive U.S. immigration policies. I cannot be more happy with Allan S. Lolly & Associates' services at a very fair fixed-price. Tami was always on top of everything on a day-to-day basis, and Allan responded directly whenever I had specific questions or needed advice. With all that said, you must also take care of your responsibilities by filling out the required forms and documenting your case appropriately. If you do so with this law firm backing you up, you are very likely to succeed with your U.S. immigration needs.

We cannot put into words how grateful we are for all that the firm did to help us during this process. From the K1 visa to the green card, they were amazing. Allan is an outstanding attorney and Taylor is certainly a shining star. She was helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. The process on its own is stressful enough but this firm really answered all of our questions and eased our stress. Although there are no guarantees with the process, we truly felt like this firm put us in the best position to be successful and we were! Thank you again.

Hired Allan to help us file for I-130 and CR1 visa. Before consulting with them, my then fiance and I didn't really know where to begin. We didn't know the options we had until I stumbled upon Allan's website. He was very diligent in answering some of the questions posted on his site so I went ahead and inquired. He was very assertive and confident and told us that he can get me a CR1 visa and a green card in a year. When it was time to finally file for a petition, we contacted them right away. They were very organized with their instructions. And let me tell you, it was a lot of paperwork. It can be confusing a lot of times. Tami, our designated paralegal was very responsive and patient. She answered our questions promptly and made us feel at ease with the whole process. Even though we were only corresponding via email, nothing was lost in translation. They made the whole process really easy which made us feel confident that we will get approved. Fast forward to a year later, I now live in the US with my husband. This law firm is still actively working my case to obtain my fiancee's visa. So far, my experience is far better than I could have imagined. The communication is amazing! I will often times email them with questions and get responses that day. If it is not that day it is always by the next day. They are very professional and upfront. Jennifer Garcia was the person I initially talked to and she answered so many questions and explained the process in detail. Very knowledgeable person to talk with about any immigration concerns. Highly recommend!

Heartbreaking Experience, Cost me thousands of dollars and was the biggest single stress factor leading to my breakup with the love of my life. Working with Yareth Sarmiento and Alexis of Alan Lolly and associates has been a nightmare that I did not even sign up for. I spoke with and hired Alan Lolly with confidence but was quickly passed off to a paralegal named Yareth who did not communicate and charged me over $5000 to answer some emails. I canceled my service due to a lack of communication. I asked to speak with Yareth and Alan over the phone several times but the only communication I received was when they wanted money. Alexis answered the phone and processed my payments but literally refused to tell me anything about how much I was being charged and for what. They never filed my K-visa and still charged me the flat rate of $5000. This Company is a scam. Stay away from Alan Lolly and associates

If it was possible to give less than a star I would. There is no such thing as a free consultation with these people unless they feel as if they can push you for a fortune. They'll offer you advice at $75 for the first 15 minutes but who wants to spend that kind of money when you don't even know the level of advice you're going to receive. My advice is to avoid this firm at all costs. There are plenty of lawyers out there who will at least speak with you regarding the process and then allow you to make an informed decision as to whether or not you actually need an attorney. They wouldn't even explain the process to me because they felt that there was "no working relationship", and there won't be because they couldn't take the time to develop one. I'd rather pay someone, who was willing to give me basic information, and then would charge me in the future. And that's exactly what I plan to do.

Requires less than one star. Tami Ayre my case worker didn’t even care to update me on my lost package that was apparently sent to her mailbox. I had to call in everyday to find out anything. Very unprofessional. Reception desk just as worse but VERY QUICK to ask for payments. Lost a lot of time and money and still waiting for my refund to this day. As per your reply yes immigration is very frustrating that’s why we hire you guys to make it a little bit easier. My issue is not with the post office. The company I used(UPS) made sure it was delivered to your offices. Whoever mailed it out again after that is responsible. My issue is that for two weeks no one told me my package was lost. Tami ignored my emails, and i kept calling the office and told she is not in. I have those on record if you would like. If I was told early enough that my package was missing I would have taken the right steps to get copies and get them on time. I got an email about a refund, still waiting for it to reflect on my bank account, thank you.

Allan is amazing! His expert handling of my mother's adjustment of status case with a C1-D (crewman) visa won her a 10 year greencard without going to immigration court. My mother had waited for almost 20 years, going from attorney to attorney, with no hope of resolution to her case until we found Allan. Allan is no ordinary lawyer, this man is a true expert in his field. He seems to be on top of all the latest developments in immigration matters. He will formulate the best strategy to fight your case. Discovering his law firm was a true blessing for my family. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced attorney on complex immigration matters.

I wish I could give something less than 1 star: We were lied to, left with calls unanswered, e-mails ignored and they kept making huge mistakes. Tami the paralegal made us lose at least 2 months: she misspelled my name then forgot a signature, made us constantly mail her documents etc ..which led for the case to be rejected twice, then she lied to me and told me that my place in line will be saved, she also never checked on me once after my interview. Her mistakes that she never even apologized for led me to lose a huge job opportunity !! They were very responsive before the payment: I am tremendously disappointed and will never use their services anymore. We used them to reduce this stressful process but indeed they were the ones to make it extra stressful !! People run away from them please !!!!!!!

They saved our case, the Embassy didn't give us the blue form for the waiver after the K-1 visa interview, even though he qualified for it. We got an expedited i601 waiver thanks to them. If your losing hope and you don't know where to turn... you should definitely go with these guys. You will have a lawyer with the know how and a heck of a lot of heart.
