I was referred to Jylan by Community Law Project legal clinic after dissatisfaction with services of a former attorney handling my case. I was defending a temporary restraining order which also involved custody and visitation rights for my two kids the, stake was high that it was crucial I find a reliable attorney with expertise in this area. I was especially looking for an attorney with reliability and trustworthiness and reasonably accessible. Emotionally overwhelming as family disputes can be, Jylan was always proactively attentive & on top my case that I had the peace of mind that I really needed. Besides, she always demonstrated integrity and professionalism while handling my case that I can attest she earned trust from the opposing party as well , which was instrumental in reaching consensus when there was a need for. Jylan always took full ownership of cases she worked on and I entrusted her to handled all my family legal cases - temporary restraining order, custody & visitation( an evidentiary hearing) and child support matters. I strongly recommend her for any one who is looking for these qualities handling their family legal matters.

This is the worst lawfirm you could use. They will misrepresnt you and use every letter of the law to ripped you off even post fake reviews to steal your money. They will threw you under the bus don't use them they got a one star so I could post a real review. Take warning you will have no rights with this law firm.

Jylan Megahed is an excellent defense attorney and extremely knowledgeable with Family Law. I was having terrible difficulties with the other co-parent in my family law case. And with the assistant I received from attorney Jylan Megahed esq, the courts saw how unfairly I was being treated by the other co-parent. I was given the best out come in my case with Jylan Megahed outstanding assistant.

My opinion: They lie to their customers. They confidently pretend they can do things that they have never even attempted before. The attorney doesn't even do hardly any of the work. The paralegals are the ones that run the show. If you want proof, try to call and talk to the attorney a couple of times. You are almost guaranteed to get blacklisted. Horrible company that should never be allowed to stay in business. They cannot be trusted on any level. You can Google how to do exactly what they do. They are nothing special on any level. Don't waste your money.

We are very thankful to Mr. Lolly and his senior paralegal Tami. They were very patient as we collected documents from halfway around the world which required repeated personal visits to various Indonesian government offices. We are very happy with the communication, expertise and speed at which Tami processed our case. To be sure it is a long process and the immigration process is decidedly more difficult and moves much more slowly than in prior administrations. You would be incorrect to think that merely by hiring Mr. Lolly that your case will be resolved in a couple months. In our case Mr. Lolly was invaluable in providing counsel for variances in our documentation/situation. Initially I ignored Mr Lolly's counsel to our detriment. Communication was nearly always via email communication and always prompt, courteous and professional. I recommend the firm without hesitation.
