I wanted to share my short story with you before I talk about my experience with Cline APC. **** I prayed to my angels to help me get rid of an Auto loan with terrible interest because I could not afford to pay it anymore. The majority of the money for six years was going to interest and I was sick of it. Few days later, I was on YouTube one day watching a music video when a ad popped up with a woman talking about lemon law cars and how if u have ever experienced a faulty engine or battery to consider checking to see if Qualify for a lemon law case. I was skeptical at first, Because I have never heard of this law before but then I remembered that my Hyundai Kona electric was having battery issues . Although Hyundai replaced the battery , I had to have a rental car for about 60 days before they could ever replace it. So I wasn’t sure if I even had a case. But, Something about the woman in that video made me watch the entire 5 minute ad . Usually, you just hit skip but something about her kept me interested. Anyways, I applied and contacted several businesses which all turned me away before I stumbled upon Cline APC frequently ask questions webpage... It Was going to be my last and final try before giving up well so glad I didn’t give up. I gave him a call and he delivered on what he said he was going to do. The lemon law claim took a lot longer than expected Almost a year So please prepare yourself in advance to avoid stressing but it was successful and Everyone was respectful and efficient. I received every penny back I have ever put into the car And Hyundai paid my car, loan! Amazing how things work. I am grateful for Cline and his team of lawyers they I really did work hard on my case and I would recommend them to Anyone in the future. Best of All, my prayers were answered. The angels knew Cline was the only one that could get the job done ✔️ and he sure did. So even if you don’t know if you have a Give them a try You will regret it if you don’t at least try.

I had contacted Cline for a horrific, problem ridden Chevy Cruze. I wasn't sure if I would qualify since it was bought as a certified preowned car from the dealership, but with still being under the manufacturer warranty and all, they took my case and won. I do know that lemon law firms take some of the settlement as payment, which is standard for all lemon law law firms, but that some keep different percentages, so you may want to check into that when checking with different firms, but outside of that, I was very happy with Cline. If you don't know if you would qualify for a lemon claim, still call them and they will let you know, as well as explain the process with you. I definitely recommend them due to them being thoroughly knowledgeable of the law, the vehicles they are dealing with, keeping you in the loop, and following through on the claim. The office crew, as well as Brian Cline, took the time to talk to me a number of times, and to have the head honcho take that time, I think was really great.

I had a great experience with Brian Cline and his team. My Jaguar Ipace AC was broken for over a year and my car was in the shop for over 8 months. Jaguar was doing nothing for me. I called Brian and his team at Cline APC. Everything was handled quickly and they got me a very generous and unexpected payout from Jaguar as my car was a lemon. I did not pay a cent for legal fees, but they treated me like I was paying by the hour. Couldn't have been happier with everything.

Brian, Mark, and the team were excellent all the way through this complicated and messy lemon law matter. Brian took my case when 2 other firms thought my case was challenging given the nature of the defect. Brian was very receptive and understanding of my concerns as he relates to a similar personal issue he once had. Mark Cline was assigned to the case and we went to arbitration. I can't speak enough of Mark's work. Simply put, he is amazing. A rockstar. The car was re-purchased. If you have a lemon law issue, don't call any other firm.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working primarily with Mark Johnson.
