I can not express in words enough how much Brian and his team went above and beyond to make my Lemon Auto case easy! Every person I spoke to at the office was extremely helpful and understanding. They kept me well informed and made sure to verify all of my wishes before making any decisions on my behalf. I was also told in the beginning this could possibly take 10 months to a year. Brian and the team had this closed and check in my hand in just 6 months! I am truly grateful to the team and wish them all the blessings! Highly recommend!!!

Brian and his team took on a difficult case against a stubborn and unscrupulous dealer. The team was outstanding in communicating the case with me and keeping me updated on the proceedings, which resulted in the vehicle being returned to the dealer and the complete recovery of my funds. Very friendly initially on the phone, but after I sent requested documentation in for evaluation of my case, I never heard back. One week later, I have secured legal representation elsewhere.

Brian Cline and the Cline APC team are the best! This was the fourth lemon law legal firm I spoke with about my case. Lawyer One: I actually met him in the waiting room of the dealership and he introduced the notion of a lemon lawsuit, I had no idea. Ultimately he passed on the case, citing a complication with a recent ruling in regards to certified pre-owned vehicles, this was ultimately WRONG. Lawyer Two: She didn't agree with Lawyer One about the CPO issue but didn't feel my case was strong enough, this too was ultimately WRONG. Lawyer Three: Felt I had a strong case and sent the retainer agreement, wanted to charge excessive fees, I kept researching. Lawyer Four: Cline APC was my fourth and last call, Brian was respectful, confident, answered all my questions, reasonable fee structure. His staff is on top of it and very polite. There were times I lost faith as to if we would prevail, Brian remained confident. It took six months but he was ultimately right. He got a settlement from the manufacturer for more than I expected and the vehicle was returned to them. I highly recommend Cline APC, they know their stuff!
