Kris assisted with several different type of contracts; rental, operating, trust and wedding venue agreements. I was impressed by the detail he put into each contract. He brought up items/scenarios that I had not even considered. Kris took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and any specific concerns I had. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone, including family & friends. He is a pleasure to work with. On top of all of this, he did not "over charge". His flat fee covered everything, there were no hidden fees, add-ons, or surprises.

Kris has been extremely helpful in establishing a living trust for our family. He took us through the entire process and explained everything along the way. All of our questions were answered in a manner in which we understood. Even when we had a new addition to our family, he was there to help amend our living trust to accommodate our new little one. We have recommended him to anyone we hear is in the need of estate planning and has taken care of many of our family and friends.
