I recently moved across the country to San Diego and started a business so getting a great/trusted lawyer was high on my priority list. Kris Mukherji was highly recommend to me by a friend and I'm so thankful we connected. I needed help setting up and S-Corporation for my business and someone to review a purchase agreement. As a first time business owner I had a lot of questions and Kris was always so quick to respond and make sure I understood everything. My S-corp filing was done with hardly any effort from me and was filed in no time. My purchase agreement review ended up being must more involved than we had anticipated. Unfortunately, the other attorneys we worked with weren't the most professional and organized but Kris stepped in and made sure everything in the purchase agreement was completed and done properly (even thought that wasn't his job to do). Kris has helped us with several different needs. He has done our estate plan for us. He helped with a business need through contract review and writing a few letters when our vendor had give us a piece of equipment that was constantly failing. He advised us on the business formation for an out-of-state LLC. Whenever something goes awry even my husband says "well, what does Kris say?" I trust him for all of our business questions.

Kris was recommended to us by our accountant and he is exactly what we needed to get our trust built and our affairs in order. Kris thoughtfully took the time to teach us what probate is and how our affairs would be handled if we passed away without a plan. He also brought up a lot of important aspects we didn't initially think about, like a special needs trust for a family member on government assistance, an advanced health directive with HIPPA authorization so the designated health agent can speak to the doctors about care, pour over wills and durable power of attorney's. He recommended to us an excellent California Professional Fiduciary to handle our trust after we pass so that family members don't have to argue or dispute anything. All and all, Kris is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, and personable professional. In the end, he created 186 pages of documents that will make sure our wishes outlive our existence. We are grateful he's our lawyer!

A couple months ago, my wife and I decided we needed to get our wills in order and set up a living trust. My wife scoured Yelp and found that Kris Mukherji had glowing reviews and was located close to her office. We contacted Kris, set an appointment, and met up with him a couple weeks later. Our estate is a bit more complicated than some since my wife and I own a C corporation and one of our sons has a special needs trust, which has to be handled in a way that doesn't cause problems with the federal government. Long story short, Kris did a fabulous job for us -- creating all of our living trust and will documents, plus a variety of other documents that are necessary when dealing with an estate. Kris explained everything in great detail along the way and answered all our questions. In addition, he made sure that our corporation and our son's existing trust were handled appropriately. The final signing and notarizing was a breeze -- Kris has a well-oiled system in place to handle that part of the process. An easy 5 stars.
