**Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience** I initially reached out to this attorney in May, and while he promised a strong case with multiple claims, my experience quickly became disappointing. Despite his assurances, critical steps like filing my right-to-sue letter and attending my EEOC appointment were missed, and communication was inconsistent. There were numerous delays, high turnover with his staff, and frequent personal emergencies that seemed to impact his ability to manage my case. He often sided with opposing counsel without adequately reviewing my documents or understanding my perspective. When I expressed my concerns about the lack of progress and professionalism, he became unresponsive and uncooperative. Unfortunately, I’ve had to take steps on my own due to the lack of support. I wouldn’t recommend his services based on my experience.

My immigration case was quite complicated and had been dragging on for years until we received a Notice of Intent to Deny from USCIS. I learned about Steven through social media and decided to reach out, although he was initially unavailable. Remarkably, he called back on his day off (a Sunday if i recall correctly) and took the time to address all my questions. No details were left and they build a solid case that was later approved by USCIS. Years of stress are now behind me, thanks to Steven & Emily.
