Mr. Mcmillan helped me tremendously I had called over ten lawyers and I was not very hopeful of receiving anything helpful because all of the lawyers were about money and even wanted to charge me for a consultation to see if they would even take my case Mr. Mcmillan did not charge for a consultation he listened to me and gave me great advice he was incredibly patient, kind, and honest. Mr. Mcmillan was knowledgeable he pointed me in the right direction. the information I received greatly helped me and my family he gave us hope. Thanks!!!!

Scott was great, listened carefully and understood my problems and even gave recommendations on numerous topics and was not preoccupied with how he was even going to make money on me in advance. I came away from the phone call with a greater understanding of the law, what I needed to do going forward and with tools I did not know were available to me. Scott will be my first call for any future civil matters that may come up. Highly recommend.

I made the mistake of trying to start an LLC using online resources. What I quickly found out they had no customer service. I had questions, and decided to contacted Scott and I am sure glad I did, now I am back on track. Scott was clear concise and I should have just worked with him from the start.

Mr. McMillan was amazingly helpful in helping me battle an insurance company that sued me for $70,000. Mr. McMillan put in an incredible amount of time and was generous about not nickel and diming me for issues that my opposition was causing me.
Ultimately we were able to settle against the insurance company for a number that I was VERY pleased with. I am forever grateful for his help, and if you have a job that he can help you, I would encourage you to reach out to him.
