I have been working with Gen Suzuki for over 6 months now on a child custody negotiation. She has been excellent! She puts her heart into her work, thinks strategically, and outside of the box. She sets realistic and honest expectations which made me feel prepared and calm during the highs and lows of the process! I interviewed several attorneys before choosing her. Some knew the process but had no strategic thinking. Others were very aggressive and promised me the world. She was the only one who offered the full package of what I was looking for - knowledgeable, relatable, genuine, passionate, understanding, resourceful, realistic and accessible.

Extremely unprofessional and no follow-through. She took the money and never contacted us back after several attempts. Had to go through my credit card company to get the payment reversed. Do not waste your time with an organization this disorganized.

Been trying to contact her for over a year now after giving her money for a simple divorce! Never returns phone calls or answers her office door. Never anyone in the office. Sure would like a call or text or email!! UPDATE: Have been in contact recently and seems that action will be taken promptly. Will change to 4 star rating for now and when action is complete, will update!

Genevieve and her staff did a wonderful job handling my legal needs. I highly recommend her for any family law needs. She stood beside me through some very difficult times and helped me feel confident that the law would come out in the end.
