Ron Ellsworth was my lawyer in my triple level cervical spine injury which occurred at my job For 5 yrs he made himself available to me for everything from getting physical therapy to getting 2nd opinions to receiving pain management psychotherapy which has allowed my to manage my pain w minimal medication He fought hard for me every step of the way and in the end got me the highest settlement my rating allowed while more importantly getting me LIFETIME MEDICAL CARE which includes monthly trigger point injections which allow me to be able to continue to work & if I choose later on then surgery. I feel he got me the best settlement that could have been achieved and have recommended him to many other Injured workers I know - once u are permantly injured ur life changes for the worse - Ron helped make the best out of a bad situation

Mr. Ellsworth has by far been the most attentive attorney,he does not have a group of peralegals that give you the runaround, he works with you directly. I wanted to close my case and settle as quickly as possible which he did. He did not make any decision without consulting with me first. I am a chiropractor in San Diego and have been referring patients to Mr. Ellsworth for the last 15 years or so. He is great at keeping his clients informed as to the status of their case and seems to settle cases much quicker than other attorneys I have used over the years. Another thing that I really like about him is that he doesn't take on cases that he doesn't think that he can help - even offers advise to clients on how to proceed on their own when appropriate.
