Mr Brasov is certainly the best Estate Planning attorney in the Los Angeles area. I came in from out of State to make modifications to my parent trust. Searched online for a lawyer to work on our Living Trust/Will and narrowed it down to Brasov Law. Part of the attraction in the beginning was he was going out to homes to work on with clients, but he has a nice setup now right off of Valley View that is perfect for Estate Planning. Even though he didn't come to our home, nor did we need to, he struck me as someone who is flexible, depending on different needs of the clients. It takes some time to work through it, we met two different times, to discuss everything we wanted, and to finalize the paperwork, but we didn't have a complicated estate to plan. He's a notary as well, which was a big help. He was patient with my wife and I as we navigated through this process and basically spelled out what our next steps needed to be. I didn't price out anyone else, but we paid what we kind of thought we would pay and we dealt with him the whole time, no paralegals or assistants who did half of the work. Not that we want to do this multiple times, but when we need to adjust something in our estate, we know who we want to help us again!

Narcis helped my husband and me to establish our living trust. He came to our house for the consultation. In addition to being genuinely kind, he is smart, considerate and thorough. He brought up important aspects of issues that never would have occurred to us. Narcis was patient and answered all our questions. He gave us time to think and make revisions; he never rushed us through. Our living trust included other end of life declarations that would have been separately billed by other lawyers. Narcis helped my mother with her will and trust and is extremely patient. My mother only speaks Chinese so Narcis was really patient with us in regards to explaining everything in detail and keeping it simple. Throughout the process, I had a number of questions of how things worked, or needed clarification on the legal jargon in the various documents. He also made it convenient by coming to my home. I was referred to Mr. Brasov from a family friend and I am extremely grateful for that. I was dealing with a pressing issue with a property my parents owned that was in jeopardy due to a lawsuit against us. I contacted Mr. Brasov last minute, more specifically 3 days before our court date, yet Mr. Brasov came to the rescue.
