We are truly grateful to Atty. Mulligan. Prior to hiring Atty. Mulligan, we previously hired a law firm that just gave us different lawyers every hearing and was absolutely no help to our situation. As soon as Atty. Mulligan took over, everything was quick and settled. He is very honest, direct, professional and an absolute blessing. This law firm is by far the best I've ever experienced. I found myself caught up in the infamous Riverside County Court system. I met with four different attorneys and none of them made me feel too great. Meeting Josh for the first time was a breath of fresh air. Direct, to the point and attentive. He told me he would get back with me in a few days once he reviewed my case. Within a day or so, he met with me, agreed to take the case, was detailed about fees and laid out a game plan. Next thing you know I am free and providing for my family again. Since I'm in Riverside county, my court case took over two years to complete. Josh and Forrest stayed by my side the entire time, following through every step of what he initially planned. The DA really tried to intimidate us through family court, criminal court, state licenses, etc. Josh and Forrest supported us every step of the way. I went from stackable charges that potentially had me facing life for bogus charges (going through four different district attorneys) to having my case dismissed completely. Josh and Forrest care about their clients. They came to see me while i was still in custody, They answer all phone calls and texts. They don't give up even when the cards are stacked up against them. Their experience on both sides of the system, especially in a horrible place like riverside county, was reassuring and life saving. Even though the case is over, they check in with me and my family to show support. Verdict aside, They provide more than I ever expected. Thank you Josh and Forrest !

We’re very glad that we hired Forrest and Joshua for two separate criminal cases in the Riverside County Superior Court. They got us the best possible outcomes for both cases. They were open and reasonable about the fees and costs, enjoyable to work with, and always responsive to questions and concerns. We found them to be the most friendly, professional, honest, and straightforward attorneys of the many attorneys we consulted with in the Coachella Valley. We consulted with Forest before any charges were filed and received great advice from her. We found her to be genuine and caring about our situation while honest and clear about the potential outcomes. Once the charges were filed, we hired Forest after having followed her advice and were in a better position for starting our defense. Forest also agreed to take on our separate DUI case that was being handled by a less-responsive public defender for a very reasonable fee, in addition to our other case. We’re so glad we hired them for both cases. Forest and Joshua diligently worked as a team. They are both very busy attorneys, but they always showed up to hearings and the trial dates, kept us informed, and responded to text messages. If one of them was unavailable then the other one appeared and was ready to work on our cases. They put together a defense strategy that was successful, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

This review is long overdue. I was in need of an attorney in a pretty bad situation. I contacted many law offices and they all had the same behavior. They would put fear in me and try to have me sign the retainer on the spot. They really tried taking advantage of me. When I contacted Joshua mulligan not did he only calm me down and also gave me positive info. He stated that the worst case scenarios that I’ve been given is not realistic. I was not pressured into signing and we had a conversation like a friend. He went above and beyond on my case and got me the best possible out come. I’m a true advocate for this law firm.
