DO NOT HIRE THAT FIRM. THEY ARE A FARSE.. Fred De La Pena and his wife, are A JOKE. They should be reported to the State Bar. Don't waste your money. They will steal your money and not defend you.

Do not use Fred, he does not do his job, he does not keep his words, he does not deliver. He is well known between attornies for dragging the case and hope that they close. At the end he will not fight for you, or even bother to answer your calls, and he will turn you into the system. These are my experiences, thank you for reading, good luck.
