They got Me the Maximum Insurance payout, took care of getting a Very very good Doctor, the Closest Chiropractor to my house, MRI , Made sure I recieved no medical bills, negotiated the Maximum payout for my Totalled Car. Our experience with Sivlerthorne Attorneys was fabulous. We were in a car accident back in July of 2014 we were re-ended, we had no idea on what to do, we didn't gf have an attr & a friend had given us Mr. Sivlerthorne name & number. It was the best thing we could have done. He was sitting with us at our kitchen table within 2 days of our accident. His staff, Veronica & Emily were my saving grace. Bob Beauchamp is an awesome attorney. After spending a year and a half and thousands of dollars on another attorney who could not accomplish anything toward getting my divorce resolved, I found Bob and he graciously took over my case in a time crunch and wrapped up my divorce in a matter of days. He made himself available to answer any concerns I had, he listened to what I had to say, and put together a proposal and subsequent judgement that was fair, allowing me to move on with peace of mind. We've used Bob on and off as our real estate attorney for about seven years. He reviews the leases that we sign for our retail bakeries (3 to date). He does a great job. We find him to be very thorough, very knowledgeable, and fast. He really knows his stuff. Our newest store is in Minnesota and we decided it would be best to hire our MN attorney to review the lease for our that store since she's local and does the bulk of our legal work. Big mistake. She does not specialize in real estate law and sadly many things on our lease were missed and caught later. We ended up brining Bob in after over a month of back and forth with our landlord and lots of unnecessary rewrites. We should have just used Bob from the start. We lost a ton of time and energy on what should have been a 1-2 week process. He pretty much got a hold of the lease and had it all smoothed out in a few days. Lesson learned! Also, (and I don't know how much this plays in for everyone else but I feel it warrants mentioning), Bob is a very cool guy. We really like him personally. He's sharp and funny and we like doing business with him. I highly recommend.

Bob Beauchamp has been my lawyer for many years. I use him for all the basic stuff (wills, contracts, etc), but, as happens in most people's lives, junk happens. In my case, the junk was a class action law suit against a former employer that should have included me but didn't. This was about the company expecting salaried (exempt) employees to consistently work long hours and weekends, and to be always on-call, even while on vacation. I was a project manager (PM). Managers were excluded from participating, but, as everyone knows, project managers are almost never "real" managers. And, so, all the PMs were excluded from the class even though they were treated the same was as the other employees. By the time I learned about the issue, it had already been settled out of court. I took the problem to Bob and asked him to get into the middle of it. He did, and, after some push back from the other lawyers, and Bob's abilities to show them the light, I and my fellow PMs were allowed to participate. It was a very nice day.
