Within a day, he had waded through some complex local and state housing laws and explained to me in very easy-to-understand terms about what my options were. He was patient and friendly the whole time. After some back and forth with the other party, he wrote a contract that resolved my issue quickly. Since then, Bill has been my go-to for advice and consultation on anything legally related. He is always friendly and fair, and I never feel like he is pressuring me to hire him (in fact, he almost always gives good advice and then tells me that I don't need to hire an attorney).
