Kyle is an amazing person and a great attorney! He helped me get a great settlement, and even helped me get a new bike since I did not feel safe riding mine! Pretty awesome musician too!

Riding to a doctor's appointment (ironically) on my e-bike, I was hit head-on by a driver making a no-look U-turn, winning the prize of several broken bones and an ambulance ride to SF General. I wanted a personal injury lawyer specializing in bike accidents, called several, and was referred to Kyle Smith at Paceline by another attorney ("If he's got capacity, he's the guy you want.") Kyle genuinely listened to me and gave excellent advice. He is professional, no-nonsense, friendly, and very competent (and didn't badger me with calls like some other firms). I had some competing objectives in my desired settlement, and he nailed all of them. He's a cyclist, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
