I have known Matt for nearly two years working on a contested probate case. He is diligent, smart and effective. I believe he is the only lawyer I have had that I could say with confidence is a "good person". He also is very sharp and to the point. I hired him after firing a disaster of an attorney. Matt is certainly the most competent attorney I have had.

Longtime friend (30 plus years) died, had left me everything in his will for the previous 15 years. In the last days of his life, his neighbor took him to an attorney to change the will to leave everything to her. Mr. Toth was able to get that last will overturned/nullified and got me what my friend wanted to have.
