This has been one of the best decisions I made in my life time. Mr Goodman is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to understand and get things done ASAP. He is also bilingual in Spanish

We went into Bret because we felt we needed to update our will and trust and he confirmed that. Yes since we hadn’t done it since 2007, there were a lot of updates that we needed to do so he took very good care of us. He was very thorough and he went through everything by Detail, we were very happy with Bret helping us to update our will and trust and would highly recommend Bret to take care of your will and trust

Had a great meeting with Brett who had thought of everything I needed to consider to make sure my will and trust are taken care of. I work in finance so I have seen many trusts and heard countless stories of the nightmare experience clients have had in setting up their trusts. So, when I decided to get my trust done I approached it with much trepidation when I was referred to the Goodman Estate Law. I can't express enough how pleasantly surprised I was at the ease with which Mr. Goodman made it for me to get my trust completed in a timely manner, and at a great price as well. He made sure I understood each document before I signed and answered any questions or concerns I had. All it took was me filling out a questionnaire, a call with Mr. Goodman to confirm all my answers and for him to dig a little deeper on some of my answers, and then meet him at his office to sign all the paperwork -- which only took an hour due to his thoroughness. Mr. Goodman is a very calm, friendly person who immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen correctly in my decision to use him as my estate attorney. He is not pushy, and he's extremely honest. It was such an easy pleasant experience with him that I will not refer any of my clients or friends to anyone else, but Mr. Goodman.

Brett is very thorough and detail oriented. We asked him to review my mother’s very old trust. He provided thoughtful guidance and was able to confirm the trust had language in it, that meant we didn’t have to redo her trust. He also helped me complete the necessary paperwork to add my home to my trust. I would highly recommend Brett!

Brett Goodman is incredible. He is a professional, knowledgeable estate attorney as well as a wonderful human being. During the difficult time following our loved one’s death, he showed empathy and compassion as well as savvy know how. He gave our family clear guidance and made legal aspects of trust/estate laws understandable. When the time came to revise my own Trust, I went to Brett, as did my family members.
