I never would have gotten nearly as good of a settlement if I went about it myself, and it probably would have taken 10 years off my life. He got me every penny the law entitled me to. I didn’t have to pay him a dime because he went after the car manufacturer for legal fees.

He clearly stated expectations, promptly filed the claim and kept me up to date on progress as we waited on Ford to respond. It was a 9 month process due to lack of response from Ford. Thanks to Barnes' firm demand letter, we avoided arbitration and finally settled out of court with almost the full purchase price of the car (including financing and we had 96K miles on the car!) Stephen helped me get my truck returned under lemon law, even with the on going pandemic he was very responsive and quick to handle any issue or concern I had. Needing an attorney for a vehicle buy back under the Lemon Law, I contacted Mr. Barnes for assistance. Mr. Barnes is an outstanding attorney and was very easy to work with.
