I do not believe anyone wants to enter bankruptcy, but there are circumstances that leave few other choices. During our first office consultation our options were explained and discussed, as were the process timeline, costs and payment options. After we reached our decision, we returned to sign paperwork. Craig Bixel was assigned as our case handler/contact. He did an excellent job. He showed the patience of a Saint, thoroughly answering each and every question. His professionalism and quiet manner helped set our minds at ease and make us much more comfortable with our decision. Although we wish health had not put us in the situation in the first place, we have no regrets for taking this path out. Not only has it allowed us to breathe eaiser financially, it has removed a very heavy mental burden and made life so much more enjoyable. We may have less stuff, but we have peace of mind and a future.
