Mr. Kenneth Marks is not only a true professional, but he genuinely cares about your well being. My family and I came to him during a very stressful moment in our lives and he helped us tremendously and put our minds at ease. He is VERY easy to reach and is very good at answering your email in a timely manner (either the same day or the day after). He knows the system well and key people he needs to talk to about your case. His staff is also very helpful in obtaining medical records and are very kind.
