I highly recommend Attorney Edward Wallace. He handled my Father’s Trust and the disbursement of assets. Edward Wallace was my personal injury attorney representing me in an auto accident case. I was rear-ended at high speed and my car was totaled at night in the middle of the desert. The driver had no license or insurance so it was very likely that might not receive a settlement at all even though I had uninsured motorist coverage. Uninsured motorist coverage does not cover me in the ways I thought it did and my insurance company was extremely resistant to dealing with me about this right from the start. I was referred to Edward by someone I trust, and although I did not know what to expect from him he handled every aspect of the case in a highly professional manner and let me know how we would proceed, and that my case deserved to get the full value of the policy limits. The insurance company fought this every step of the way but with Edward's knowledge and professionalism in dealing with the insurance company, and communicating with my medical professionals and me, they did offer a settlement of the full policy limits after several very low ball offers. Edward did a great job working with everyone involved, from my insurance company and medical professionals, to my employer, law enforcement offices, and me. His professionalism and way of getting things to the next step made all the difference in my case, and I feel very lucky to have had Edward Wallace as my attorney. We hired Mr. Wallace to help us with our Family Trust. We had a goal of completing this in 2019 and have incredibly busy schedules. But we asked him to push us to complete.
