She deals in facts, with a strong comprehension of how the housing market works. She's also kind and understanding on a personal level. Amber was welcoming from the start, she made my husband and I feel comfortable to ask questions and gracefully provided us with answers, as first time home buyers everything seems overwhelming and scary. Amber took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a house. When we found a home, we fell in love with, Amber helped guide us through the necessary paperwork to get pre-approved for a VA loan. She also helped us put in a back up offer when the house we fell in love with already had an offer, she made sure to keep us up to date with the status of the house, and when our offer was accepted she kept us in the loop with the appraisal and inspection results. She even provided us with resources for how the home owner's (HOA) for our new area worked. Overall Amber made finding and closing on a house easy, she made our experience a good one and we have been referring to our friends who are also in the market to buy a house.

Our families experience with Sophia Chacon and her team was amazing. They were super attentive and made sure we didn’t miss any opportunities on seeing homes we liked that popped opened even at the last minute. They are an honest and intimate team which you can’t find now a days. This experience was a quick turn around and they went above and beyond when we seemed to hit small speed bumps and made things happen. Sofia Chacon sold our house in six days! She suggested the right price to attract multiple offers, and she timed acceptance of the offers perfectly. She thoroughly checked out potential buyers which led to a smooth escrow. The escrow even closed early! All of Sofia's staff were professional and pleasant to work with.
