When I learned I was the person my parents had selected to take care of their trust after they died, there were many questions and tasks to accomplish. I consulted Mr. Fordham concerning a question raised by my CPA, regarding changing the manner of title on a house I sold last year after my wife's passing. He was quickly able to analyze the issue and give me a clear and simple opinion, unfortunately not favorable but resolved without doubt. Had I instigated matters before I sold the house, there would have been a noticeable tax advantage, but not subsequently. An opportunity missed. I appreciate Mr. Fordham's ability to translate legal matters into plain English, without Latin or obscure references to various sections of law.
