My wife needed a probate attorney in the Lakeport, CA area. Mr. Fordham was recommended by some other local businesses in the area and online reviews. We had to settle an Estate in the Lake County. We went through probate and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was prompt, efficient, and kept us informed about all of the processes and progress. My husband and I were fortunate to connect and then work with Dennis Fordham, Estate Attorney. We went into our first meeting not sure of what we needed to do to establish a trust that not only provided for our descendants but also took care of our disabled adult child. Fordham's services to prepare our estate planning documents in 2005, so when my father passed away last year and I realized that I would need a probate lawyer to help me handle my father's affairs, I turned to Dennis once again.
