First off I would like to thank all of Richard staff, they are truly amazing. Richard is an amazing lawyer and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has been my family lawyer for 5 going on 6 years now. We have won every case, if anyone knows there family law is this man. He is my family angel. If anyone need help with family law this is the Man. He truly fights for your family like no other. Thank you Richard and Ms. Debby you both are truly blessing.

MUST READ ⬇️ Firstly Mr. Curtain was worth every dollar spent and more! (Although his fees were beyond reasonable!) After 2 long years in a nasty custody battle and after firing 2 different attorneys we were referrred to Mr. Curtain. I so BADLY wish we were referred years earlier!! Mr. Curtain did a phenomenal job in our special setting/trial today! It was for divorce and the hopes of winning full custody. Both were granted today! He was able to accomplish IN ONE DAY what other attorneys could not accomplish in years.Today our lives were changed for the better because of Mr. Curtain. I will forever be grateful. He has the intelligence, organization, professionalism and work ethics that you want and need in a Family law attorney. Melony in office is also the sweetest, most intelligent assistant/paralegal for him! She even cried when we won because they truly CARE. You will be happy you took my word for it!

Time to pull back the “curtain” on this guy. Terrible lawyer. Time to hang up your tie old fella. He’s a scammer and tries to entrap children’s fathers—this is his reputation. Steer clear.

I called and the person who answered the phone did not identify herself and was very very rude! hung up on me!!

Richard Curtin literally brought peace to my life. He cleaned up a custody mess that was lingering for many years. A long time friend of mine referred me and it was the best decision I ever made. I would give more stars if I could. Also I love Debbie in the office. She is amazing. You will be talking to her most of the time. They are the BEST.

Gave a thorough informative consultation for divorce. Answered all my questions. I have consulted other attorneys and have not yet decided who to hire for my divorce.

Richard is an excellent attorney. I would not waste my time anywhere else. He knows the law and did a great job. It did not cost me thousands.........in fact my husbands attorney charged him double what I paid for my lawyer. Richard was a God send.

He claims he has a good reputation with the judges but it doesn't show. He got in an argument over something stupid right off the bat and screwed the rest of our case. He claimed he would point out several things in court that were never mentioned. He brought up a couple things and his answers were responded with lies that he didn't argue. He had a bad attitude in court and has a bad attitude every time I've met with him. He said he would take care of the remaining paperwork after the minute order and nothing worth a crap has been done. Its been 8 months since court and I still don't have anything in writing concerning my custody. You have to call them constantly and when they say "oh she's away from her desk, I'll have her call you back"(his assistant) don't count on it. It never happens. You have to keep calling back. Also, I'm being charged for calls and paperwork that hasn't made any progress. Sorry Richard but you look like a fool in the courtroom.

Richard knows his stuff. I was very comfortable with this lawyer. I didnt feel he was out to rip me off. He has a good reputation with the judges which I think helped my case.
