ORIGINAL POST: After reading all the wonderful reviews I took my case to Work Injury Law Group. They have been so unresponsive. I’m always the one calling to find out updates on my case. I feel like a number, and not like my injury or case is important, let alone a priority. I did not receive the 4 star service others received. UPDATE: After posting this review Ayk (one of the managing partner attorneys) called me immediately. I shared with him the reason for my low rating. I shared that I didn’t expect a call every day or every week for that matter. I expected an update from front office staff at least once a month. It’s been about 6 months and I’m changing my review to reflect my experience over this period of time. Ayk called me himself and provided me with regular updates. He gave me his personal cell and He answered whenever I called. I recently went into the office for an update. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the partners started the firm with a mission to provide a high level of high touch customer service, meaning, they wanted each of their customers to feel special and not like a number. I guess I was just that unfortunate soul who fell through the cracks🤷🏽‍♀️ With that said, I also learned that their bottom line is based on volume. Given the number of clients the WILG services they are bound to drop the ball at some point. It means something that they didn’t have low ratings prior to my review. (Exception v the Norm) I’m changing my review because Ayk has gone the extra mile to make the situation right. As an entrepreneur, I understand the challenges that come with running a business. I respect this firm for working to fix the issue and making their customer happy. I’m happy ya’ll.

Ayk dikijian is a very experienced injury attorney with exceptional skill and knowledge. He dedicates himself to my case and did his very best to secure a favorable outcome for my case. He is trustworthy, hardworking and extremely relaible. He and his staff were always available to answer any questions of my concerns . I will continue to refer family and friends to Mr. Ayk dikijian and his colleagues.

If you are looking for a great lawyer this is the place. I was referred by a friend about this location because of a injury that occurred on my job. I was actually a bit nervous about going because I didn’t have no money and I was afraid that there was going to be some sort of fee of some sort.
