I entered my claim with Mom, Patricia Crumpley, which immediately passed off my divorce case to her daughter, Jennifer, who was just freshly starting off her career & apparently learning. Bummer. Oh big bummer. Long story short... and thousands $'s Iater, a total loss and had to pick up the valuable pieces and move on to a whole new law firm. This experience soured me for a decade now, and I will never forget. I went into debt with empty promises to keep pursuing... at a very costly amount paid to her, Jennifer Crumpley. Sounds like they (mom & daughter) have a good thing going on now... too bad it took this long, and some of us got taken advantage of big time, at a time we really needed help. It was their time of transition and learning how to make their business successful...unfortunately. Obviously, I have not forgotten. God knows, they forgot about me, after the monthly statements were all paid on time - in full - month after month. I take it Jennifer caught on & is making it good in the business. Congrats. I'm 10 yrs too late. Learning stage - for more than just myself. Yes, I obviously needed to vent & was asked to leave an honest review. I do not feel the need to dig up old bones from long ago as this has been buried. Lesson learned. I seek counsel elsewhere now.

Went through a divorce and found Crumpley & Crumpley on Yelp. I first called for advice and Jennifer was VERY helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was pretty responsive. This was my first divorce so I had a lot of questions and she explained to me the process and walked me through it from beginning to end. I didn’t need to Jennifer to represent me as this was a short term marriage under 4 years and was an amicable divorce. She helped me with all the paperwork and made suggestions to protect myself just in case. She knows her stuff and just wanted the best for me. Jennifer really went out of her way to help me and I can’t thank her enough. I definitely recommend her for your legal needs.
