"I came to the US December in 2004 and after many attempts to get my green card finally, I got it last week. Ms. Amiri represented myself and my wife in an employment-based green card. My son also got his green card through employment using her services. She is extremely kind, patient, accurate, knowledgeable, sensitive to do right, and knows her job better than other lawyers. Roxana Amiri is truly the best Immigration Attorney around. Being referred to various attorney’s from various family/friends I was starting to get skeptical. One family member who worked with Mrs. Amiri for her Green Card told me to call her. So I did. My case was a bit different from my family member, I wanted to bring my Fiancé from Iran to live with me in the U.S. I am U.S. Born citizen and my Fiancé is an Iranian Native. Most of you know well without a waiver kiss your visa chances goodbye. Well my first call with Mrs. Amiri was reassuring that it is still possible to bring over a significant other during these hard times. She put me at ease and assisted me with my case and submitted a waiver letter on my behalf. Mrs. Amiri is very thorough and diligent attorney accomplish a successful case. If things doesn’t work as planned she will be upfront a character that I admire in an attorney or for anyone for that matter. Our case waiver was approved and my Fiancé was granted her K1 Visa.
