I had a really bad experience with this law office. I have had two previous lawyers one for a personal injury and one for break laws violations. Both were professional, always available. I called Pratt Williams to handle the second half of my break law violations lawsuit because they deal with work injuries like stress and so on. When I say I have never been treated so poorly by a law firm I am speaking specifically about Pratt Williams. They seem to take on a lot of clients so Colleen Pratt was never available to speak. I called finally after a month because something was giving me a bad feeling and I listened. I called and said I want to rescind my lawsuit its more stress and because its something I have to keep remembering everyday and I want to move on. The receptionist on the phone says Colleen is in a meeting she’ll call you back. I wait a week. I understand lawyers need time. I call again to sadly be confronted by a different receptionist MAYRA. This was the most unprofessional and rude receptionist I have ever encountered. I simply explained my situation and how I was just more stressed and wanted to not move forward with the lawsuit. She for some reason took it so personal and yelled back “you requested our services!“ and I was like woah I am just explaining to you so you know where to direct me to talk to someone. I said “youre being very rude?” And she yelled “no thats you” I was so blown back and confused because I was not aggressive towards her. I was more pleading like I just want to cancel this and move on because its stressing me out. She should understand the people shes speaking with have been hurt physically or mentally and that is the whole purpose of this lawyer, to help your situation and she was cold, rude and unprofessional. I said is there someone else I can speak with and she said “no just me”. I hungup because no one deserves to be treated like that. I call back hoping the receptionist from last week would answer but no it was MAYRA and she immediately puts me on hold and transfers me to the office manager. So there was someone else there and she lied. She tries calming me down because im crying and upset at this point. Colleen finally steps in to try to get me to stay with the law office. I say no this was the cherry on top i was already feeling uncertain but that just solidified it for me im done with this office. So she says she’ll email me the form to drop the lawsuit. I sign it its says dismissal form. I get another email from Colleen saying my receptionist sent you the wrong document. Can you resign this correct one. Both say dismissal and she asks me Im not sure you signed the right one. Im just like are you kidding me?!?!? You guys are having people sign incorrect documents youre never available and your receptionist acts like a child towards people you are legally representing!! I would say stay away from this place. UNPROFESSIONAL and DANGEROUS to be accidentally sending people the wrong forms to sign. Update: No Ms. Pratt you left a voicemail admitting you made a mistake and sent me the wrong form so I have that recording as well. And its not the form itself its the principle of accidentally sending INCORRECT forms when dealing with a client is a form of negligence and can potentially be dangerous for the client when they are trusting you with legal documents and to send the correct ones. NOT TO “BETTER SUIT ME”YOU SENT ME THE WRONG DOCUMENTS. Which I have you stating was a mistake in the voicemail as I said. I accept your apology but Don’t try to act like it wasn’t a mistake on your offices part because it was and its in my voicemail. Update AGAIN: You know what Ms. Pratt your responses are enough to show you cant admit when youre wrong and that you really dont care about your clients but instead about what you can “legally” get away with like sending the wrong documents. So yes I agree to disagree you will never be a good lawyer in my opinion and people should stay away because you will always cover your own instead of your client. Goodbye

Everyone I talked to really took care of me too n my case. Communication was clear, everyone was so nice and professional. I never really felt worried or concerned.

Impressive results, amazing staff, I love their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them they just need to work on updating their clients at least once a month let's us we are not forgotten and updates keeping unworried. Besides that I am content with this firm and Colleen, I extend my gratitude to all staff for their amazing collaboration.
