What a compassionate consultation. I'm grateful not to be judged by my situation and that there's a listening ear in desperate situations. Gratitude.

My Work Comp situation I would suspect was very unusual. I was witness to an incredibly violent act. And suffered extreme emotional distress and PTSD. To my surprise several offers would not take my case. But I talked to Jose the gentleman who answered the phone and he was very polite and he was very kind and a great listener. Well due to the fact that what I saw was so terrible I was reluctant to describe in detail what I did see. And Jose was patient enough to let me get it out and once I did tell him what happened I definitely had a case and a very good one at that. So thank you very much to the best workers comp firm in Long Beach. Without a great listener I probably would not have found a workers compensation lawyer to help me. I probably won't be the same and that is very sad. But I did find a great organization to represent me and get me the medical care I so desperately need and a financial settlement that I felt was very fair. My focus is on medical treatment I'm going to need a lot of therapy. But again thank you to everyone. Disorganization truly cares about people.

My experience with Jose was extremely positive. I search for Worker's Compensation lawyer for about two months narrowed my search down to a couple different law firms. I didn't actually hire Jose until another 90 days went by because the insurance adjuster seem to actually care about me. When I realized that the doctor and the physical therapist were essentially working for the insurance company and we're trying to send me back to work even though I was still in a lot of pain. At this point I realized I was in over my head and I needed the help of a Worker's Compensation lawyer.
