I was stupid and did not file my case right away because I was afraid to get fired. I did tell my boss I was injured thankfully because that was the only thing that got my case accepted from denied status. I have a long boring story, but to summarize these guys were all stars sorting out the mess I brought to them. I am 100000% happy and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great work injury attorney.

I would say the hardest thing about being injured at work is not being able to have any control over getting better as fast as you want. Happy with Tony and his staff. I would say the strong point of this firm was honesty up front. They were brutally honest with me with what to expect with things taking time and not getting the amount of money I was feeling I deserved. I did not really like the honesty at the time but in the end I was left with a good taste in my mouth knowing I was not being strung along believing I would get something unrealistic.

I called workers compensation southern california looking for a workers compensation lawyer to take my case over from a lawyer I was not happy with at all. Not going to mention names and smear anyone, maybe it was not a good fit. I spoke with Jose over the phone and met him in person and their location that had plenty of parking thank God. I went over my case in detail with Jose, he was very honest with what I could expect and pointed out the errors made in my case which would affect the settlement amount. I appreciated his honestly, he was a stand up guy so I sighed up and moved forward. I have settled my case and I am very satisfied with my experience with this firm. After hiring another worker comp lawyer who in my opinion totally screwed up my case I decided to fire this person and hire Tony with workers compensation southern california. I had a friend use them and he suggested I call and get a consultation. After about 10 mins I realized I hired the wrong lawyer. Sadly, the lawyer I hired first did damage to my case and I am very sure I did not get as much money in my settlement if I would have hired Tony from the beginning. Do your homework and be sure to not hire the first lawyer you call. I paid the price for it.
