My car was totaled on the 405 with my brakes knocked out. Terrifying! I am beyond grateful to Jacoby and Meyers for their expertise following this event. They were A1 in facilitating my physical and mental health rehab; and they dealt with the insurance companies (the other’s insurance company was horrid…), the 3rd party billing companies, and even the IRS. Each person at Jacoby and Meyers was utterly professional, kind, and reassuring. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They turned a horrifying experience into a positive and healing solution.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Jacoby Myers and their team. I got hit on my motorcycle and it was going to receive $100,000 settlement at the time I contacted Jacoby Myers and their team. I practically handed them Literally an easy job I did most of the work for them. I let them know who the person that hit me was as usual. I also let them know who the coverage for the vehicle that it was through. I let them know the limits of the liability, I let them know that it was a preferred market. I gave them the telephone numbers of everybody they needed to talk to. I let them know about the police report. I let them know Everything I practically did all the work for them myself they’re terrible communication And their lack of communication and urgency to work with me is the reason why I gave them the boot I had the secretary asked me why I was calling and to just text her. I’m not gonna text you two paragraphs. I’m calling because you work for me. I’m not calling you to get asked why I’m calling you. I’m calling you because you work for me because I am employing you, because I am paying you I can guarantee I will never recommend Jacoby Myers or any other team Jessica beminesh was fair But other than that, the rest of the team was absolutely terrible Lack of communication in these circumstances is unacceptable. Makes people feel not important. We should be the most important people to Jacoby Myers. Thank you for your time. Get better do better.
