I contacted Bryan after my husband was arrested and was accused of assault. The case went on for over 14 months. Bryan was patient and dedicated throughout this experience. He kept the family focused on the end result and he never gave up. Brian brought me home...i was fighting 20yrs for a gun charge plus a manufacturing weapons charge with an additional gang enhancement we fought for 13 months... he had the gang enhancement dropped including the manufacturing weapons charge I did 18 months only... additionally he had a restraining order violation accusation charge of mine immediately dismissed as well on a separate occasion that case didn't even make it to arraignment...thank you Brian

The court assigned Mr. Schroeder to my case. I gave him all the necessary information and spoke with him about the case. On the day of the trial he inform the judge that he found errors in the case and requested it be dismissed. The opposing party tried arguing that the case be heard in the name of justice. However, the judge agreed with Mr. Schroeder which pointed out that my civil rights were violated. The judge threw out the case, dismissed it WITH prejudice, and ensured that the case could not be reopened later. I was extremely happy with how he conducted himself and represented me.
