This atty missed deadlines and made our horrible situation much worse. He paid more attention to scrolling through his phone for a hour then paying attention to the deposition he was hired to attend on our behalf. He is not a litigator and is lacking the skills of a competent attorney .

I hired Kyle to write the Terms of Service for my website and he was excellent! This was my first time finding and hiring a lawyer and I really lucked out finding Kyle. He was very on top of everything, called me multiple times to go over things, checked in with me to see if I had more questions and gave me a wounderful finished project. We had decided on a price before we started and Kyle did extra for me with no charge which was very genorous of him. I would highly reccomend hiring Kyle if you are looking for a lawyer.

He goes by Kyle. Kyle is a great help. Excellent lawyer and always willing to help. Very easy going guy who responds to your calls and emails immediately. The best thing about Kyle is if he says he will call you back, he will call you back. I've dealt with many lawyers who say" I will get back to you" but never do. Kyle is always willing to do extra research to provide you with exceptional service and the answers you need.

Hired Mr. St. Romain (while this says Samuel, he goes by "Kyle") to help me organize a new business. He explained to me the different types of business structures before we selected one we agreed was best for my needs at the moment. I would definitely use Kyle again in the future.
