Incredibly helpful and indispensable. I have referred so much business to this office. They helped with certifying my dad's trust after his passing, setting up my own trust, assisting with the passing of my brother (who died without any estate planning in place), got my other brother and his wife set up with a trust, drew up the Power of Attorney and Health Care directive for my adult son, got my boyfriend set up with his trust.

Spent over 10 thousand dollars in attorneys fees for them just to roll over and give ZERO effort in a case regarding incorrect re-assessment with the County Assessor. Had to turn around and have another attorney actually do what they couldn't get done. Lazy attorneys. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

I cannot speak for the whole TDL firm and in no way should this stop anyone from retaining there services. The problem I have is only with an attorney they have working for them, Brian Ramsey. Mr. Ramsey's client (the trustee of my father's trust) used my trust funds to pay Mr. Ramsey, I feel I am entitled to leaving a review. Mr. Ramsey is extremely unprofessional and shows much disregard to the case he is working on. He has missed many deadlines in a binding settlement we have and did not show up to our last court hearing with no contact with the court or to me (a beneficiaries the trust), just decided not to show up. Obviously the judge wasn't to happy with that but I believe he only wants to prolong this case to aquire more attorney fee's. Trust me when I say if you get stuck with Mr. Ramsey you can your sider your estate money spent on attorney fee's alone. Again, this pertains to Mr. Ramsey only and not to the firm that represents him.
