Currently have a case with Larry H. Parker. Chris Isom has been working with me and he is extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Prompt responses whenever I message him. Big help with recent parts of the entire process.

I have a case here. Worst law firm still won’t return my calls. It’s been over a year. I had cases before in the past. Never experienced being totally ignored and taken in circles. I will never ever hire them again. Best part about it. It’s not about the settlement. But the principal of being ignored. Worst place ever.

***Worst law firm*** I should’ve realized I was just another number for them. They’ve had my settlement check for over 5 mos. They’ve handled my case for over 1.5 years and am still going back and forth with them. What was supposed to be a straight forward case turned out to be a prolonged, stressful ordeal. I expected better professionalism and dedication. There are far more competent law firms out there that actually care about their clients. I wouldn’t recommend Larry H. Parker to anyone! Save yourself the frustration and stress, look elsewhere!!

****RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE****. They are holding hostage the settlement check that i received from the insurance company. There is no "client" atmosphere anymore. Just a cog in the wheel. When you call you get one call center to transfer you to a switchboard that looks up your info to patch you through to a voicemail that does not have a time-frame of v returning. While speaking to Emily I was quoted some policy to justify me not being provided a real time snap shot of the financial payout. I requested a supervisor or documentation of policy. Received neither but patched me a non supervisor, Liliana. She was rude and thought to quiet me by speaking over me. A couple days later, Becky contacted me and was sarcastic and condescending to me when I asked for information on my case and first gave me a random amount for settlement then when challenged she threaten to hang the phone up. Will update as it unfolds. 12-5-25. Received a "text" not even a call from Emily that she will NOT be providing the document that was promised to me two days ago. The document that precedes them paying me out. She had the audacity to end with " have a lovely evening." Smh.

Before you come here, make sure your claim is worth $1 million an up. Steve told me my case is “too small”. Seems like they only care about getting paid big and not about helping people. The “I'll fight for you” slogan is a joke.

Well organized and secretary was very welcoming.

Bernice lied to me about the date i’ll be paid i still haven’t heard nothing she keeps saying not to count on the money when i spoke to her she always says that i still haven’t received non after i sign the release

So far so good.

I dealt with Ashley shark I think worst mistake ever would never return my calls never followed up on anything as far as witnesses or statements or dash cams ,never knew ,never will know , never mind
