They don't really like to give direct answers for anything. After so long I would end up speaking with someone else who was handling my case, which they could of gave me a heads up about first. They do give the runaround a lot , and a lot of b.s. or general responses , never direct or clear answers and when there was always a delay or something missing , or certain documents weren't clear, I figure why should it take a month for you to notify me of that. It doesn't seem like my case is a priority at this point, or that they are doing their best to get me my money either. I am waiting on my check and they don't have any kind of answer of when I will get it. It seems like a you will get it when you get it kind of vibe.

My major complaints with this law firm are the quality, or lack of customer service, the vague answers to questions asked (and sometimes no answers to questions asked), and the lack of follow up. My hope is that my review doesn’t discourage anyone from using this firm; however I personally cannot offer a positive recommendation based on my experience. This firm has “represented” me for almost a year and I have yet to talk to a lawyer/my assigned lawyer, even though I have asked repeatedly. I also do not like that I’ve been belittled repeatedly for inquiring about practices with the firm and my biggest complaint has to do with time frames and expedience with certain procedures. For the above listed complaints I have rated this organization at 4 stars, instead of 5.

My son got hit by a car crossing the street on the green light. He was thrown 15 feet from the crosswalk. Larry h. Parker got him $3000.00 dollars. Thanks for the three thousand dollars Larry H. Parker. Im shure you really put up with a fight for us. It shows. How hard you fight.

As a motorcyclist in California it's only a matter of time as to when you're going to go down and for me my time was February 13th 2018. It is recommended for riders to use an attorney that specializes in motorcycle crashes but for some reason I gravitated towards Larry H. Parker and their team and I'm glade I did. The staff was helpful, they answered all my questions via phone or email, and they kept me updated with everything that was going on with my case. It was at the worst time in my life and I was in a pretty good amount of pain, but the team at Larry H. Parker made me feel at ease. If there was documents that needed to be signed or they needed from me they either sent someone to get it from me or I emailed them the info. After a year since my accident my case is now settled and I couldn't be happier with the results. All I wanted from my pursue in legal action was 3 things, I didn't want to pay for my medical bills since I didn't cause the accident, I didn't want to pay for the bike since it was totaled in the accident, and I wanted the driver to know that they could have took me away from my family due to their negligence and I got all 3 and then some. All of this couldn't have been possible if not for Robert, Imelda, Becky, Trevor, and everyone at Larry H. Parker who helped on my case that I may have forgotten their name or was behind the scene. If you need help I advise you to consider them. Much love and thanks again to the team at Larry H. Parker.

This law firm is a joke and their ratings and reviews on Google must be made up. I am %1000 dissatisfied with their lack of help and services regarding my injury case. Don't expect to actually speak to a lawyer if you call them. Their promise of being up front and communicative with their clients is a blatant lie. They don't actually do work for your case, they just delegate it off to smaller more obscure firms. You're better off representing yourself. DO NOT HIRE THESE SNAKES!! Edit 7/12/19 - still no response or reply to this review. So you know they don't care. All they have to do is sit back and let idiots sign their paperwork so they can SCAM the client out of their money. Q: Do legitimate and trustworthy law firms need to advertise their "services" at all?(television, billboards, written ads) A: NO, they do not. Run far and fast from this sham business. Edit 2/25/20 - I see someone at LHP has been tasked with responding to my review. I already stated why I'm dissatisfied with this "law firm". It's far too late to try to reach out for customer service sake. I don't feel like being on hold and then eventually getting told I'll get a call back in a week or two once a paralegal feels like talking. I've already retained a REAL lawyer who actually cares about me and my case. And YES LHP has filed motions to try to get money from my case EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING BUT STRESS ME OUT FURTHER IN A STRESSFUL TIME IN MY LIFE. Not worried about it though because their lack of help was easily documented and their request was poopooed by the judge. Which apparently is something that happens a lot. I wish I lacked the empathy to take advantage of people in compromised situations, I'd be raking in the millions too. DO NOT HIRE THESE GOONS! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THEY GIVE YOU!!

Effective, efficient, polite and quick. This was my experience. Barely two years into the suit and the case was resolved before it went to trial. I never felt I was treated poorly by the staff.
