It took a team to accomplish my divorce. The two main people I would like to thank separately is my attorney Michael Perez and Kimberly Haro, great legal team. I had a good experience with Envision, last year 2024 I started my process for a divorce. My divorce was tricky because my "husband" has been MIA since 2018. I realized that I needed an attorney to accomplish this goal for divorce instead of following the advice of family & friends to "do it on your own it should be easy." IT WASN'T EASY & I WOULD STILL BE AT THE START LINE AND HAVING ALREADY PULLED OUT ALL MY HAIR TRYING TO DO THIS ON MY OWN. I am an overthinker nothing is easy for us, I am pretty sure at the beginning I was driving the staff at Envision a little crazy with all my questions & concerns. Its okay I saw it on my invoices and of course no complaints they should charge me for all my questions and concerns. But I got the answers I needed and after awhile I let them handle it and left them alone to do their job I hired them for. They made this experience as painless as possible for me, my divorce took almost a year but like I said it was a tricky one. There is also a lot of hurry up and wait moments (i.e.. court filings). Getting a divorce you need to understand it takes time and does not happen with a snap of your fingers. Just know with Envision it will happen and as fast as they possibly can get it for you. This law firm only best interest is money. Not you as a client. Please read this again! They will double bill you, double charge you and change the words on the statements to make it seem as if it's different paperwork they are filing. Also, the attorney will tell you that you can pay 6k and that will cover one court appearance. This is also false. I've already paid this firm over 10k and still paying as I'm still in the process. I suggest finding a lawyer who has a flat rate fee. I have not seen any production with this firm whatsoever. At this point I'm just dumping money for the same paperwork to be filed. Please save yourself the stress and time and find somewhere else! You will barely ever speak with the actual attorney only the paralegals. They seem to know very little about their jobs. If I wasn't so far in I'd represent myself. By the time this is all over I'm sure they will break the bank. Don't walk but run to another firm and do your research!

The team at Envision Family Law is incredible. They have gone above and beyond in my case, and I am grateful for their hardwork. Anh and her team have been a pleasure to work with. They love what they do and advocate fiercely for their clients.

I guess im the only 1 that got screwed. They literally switched lawyers on me 3x in my child support hearing and in the process ran my tab up to have me where i now owe them and by the time my court case arrived i had nothing left in the account and they wanted more money in order to appear. I literally accomplished absolutely nothing with this lawfirm and ended up having to represent myself on the court day because they bled every dime plus out of the 3500 i gave them on everything other than getting the job done. Dont waist your money!

Having legal representation, is of the utmost importance. Having proper legal representation is a game changer. Please do not make the mistake of representing yourself in any type of court of law, the system is designed for these matters to be handled by professionals. Brinda and her team are well versed in the nuances of the family court system; they were able to detect and navigate through the most minute details of my case. I want to especially acknowledge Charlene M. who I worked with closely. They say “ the best ability is availability”, and Charlene was there at the last minute when I needed her most. Would choose this firm any day of the week.

I have been entangled in a 1 yr long custody dispute and in many ways as the father I was the under dog in this situation. Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a hold of a person when I called the number. This entity seems like a broker or an exchange, or a third party service wherein lawyers’ contract with - to obtain clients. The person, I spoke to, Nicole, was very nice. I was charged immediately for a scheduled consultation. The lawyer tried to call me from a blocked number and called 10 mins. late. I was re-scheduled again in the late afternoon for their paid consultation (not free), but again the lawyer did not call. I waited for 30 mins. and the lawyer still did not call. I asked for a refund of my payment for the supposedly scheduled consultation. Envision services is fast with collecting payment or charging you even before you speak to a lawyer, but will not refund you as fast or immediately as they charged me for the legal consult service that was not provided.

I have worked with Brinda Gandhi from Envision Law. One word to describe Brinda - ROCKSTAR! Brinda is an amazing lawyer and more importantly an amazing person. She guided me so well through out the entire process, addressed all my questions (She is so quick in responding which is such a huge plus!) and in fact guided me on the appropriate / rightful thing to do. I felt I was in such right pair of hands. Couldn't have asked any better experience. Highly recommend her!
